*When I bought this nail polish I was stupefy looking at the wall of new Risqué nail polishes that there was in the store. There were about 3 or 4 new collections that I didn’t even know they existed. Well, thanks to the lack of money I had to go on with a very careful and detailed analysis between colours and this one, Risqué Cigarrete from the Pop 4 You collection, was one of the chosen ones. It’s a nail polish with no gloss, “fosco” like the Brazilians call them or simply just matte…. although I still think it has a satin finish.
The application was great for this kinda finish and it was opaque in 2 coats. The drying time was extraordinary! It was only a shame that the brush had a few thicker strings that kept on trying to ruin the application but in the end everything was ok ;) It’s a nail polish so beautiful in its own finish that I didn’t even try it with a topcoat to see how it goes (actually I don’t really like to try topcoat on matte, suede or satin nail polishes, it just doesn’t make sense!).
