Be My Valentine

Boa tarde!
Aqui está a manicure que fiz para o Dia de S. Valentim. Não que o tenha comemorado em particular, mas sempre é um pretexto para se fazer uma manicure temática :P
Foi tudo bastante simples e, como podem ver, sem ideia definida. Apenas as cores são amorosas XD
E, tirando os pincéis dos dois vernizes que utilizei, que mais pareciam o cabelo do hide dos X-Japan, correu tudo bastante bem e sem grandes complicações.
Os vernizes que utilizei foram:
Inocos Ser Alma
Inocos Mil Desejos
Depois pus umas pedrinhas para completar o esquema :P

*Good afternoon!
Here it is the manicure I've made for Valentine's Day. I didn't celebrate it practically, but it is always an excuse to do a thematic manicure, right? :P
It was all very simple and, as you can see, without any particular idea. It's just that the colours are really lovely XD And, despite the brushes of the nail polishes I used looked like hide's hair, from X-Japan, everything went' smooth and without major troubles.
The nail polishes I used were:
Inocos Ser Alma
Inocos Mil Desejos
After that I've embelished it with some rhinestones to complete the thing :P

Cadbury Creme Egg Manicure

Boa tarde e desejo desde já um bom fim de semana.
Venho mostrar-vos uma manicure que, saída do cofre, foi feita há um ano, quando estive na Madeira. E porquê? Porque na Madeira encontrei uns ovinhos da Cadbury (toda a gente sabe que a Cadbury é a minha marca de chocolate favorita) que não existem por perto: os Creme Eggs.
A manicure foi inspirada nesses ovinhos ^__^ Deliciosos!
Os vernizes usados foram:
Catrice #380 Forget-me-not
Essence Colour&Go #23 Sundancer
Mavala #53 London

I want to show you a manicure that I pulled out of the volt, from when I went to Madeira, a year ago. And why? Because there I found some Cadbury eggs (everyone knows that Cadbury is my chocolate favourite brand) that I can't find anywhere alse around me: Creme Eggs.
This manicure was inspired by those eggs ^__ ^ Delicious!

Illamasqua Load

Boa noite!
Hoje o post é curto mas magnífico!
Porquê? Porque estou bem disposta, porque o verniz é lindo e porque o nome dele em associação com a cor, nem podia ser mais nada! Vi-o e apaixonei-me :D
Palavras para quê? Aqui vos mostro o Load da Illamasqua (acho que já não preciso de mencionar a qualidade dos vernizes da Illamasqua).

Why? Because I'm in a good mood, because the nail polish is beautiful and because its name, in association with its colour, couldn't be anything else! I saw it and I fell in love :D
Words for what? Here it is Load by Illamasqua (I believe I don't need to mention Illamasqua's nail polishes quality).

KIKO #702 Copper Red

Olá!
Parece que a Primavera está aí a dar uns ares da sua graça :P Mas ainda é só Fevereiro, é melhor não fazer já grandes festas porque sei que devemos voltar à chuva brevemente. E isto para não escarnecer do friozinho que, apesar do sol radiante, se faz sentir. Às vezes vai até aos ossos! Brrrrrrrrrr :P
Então e que tal aquecer o ambiente com um verniz bem fogoso nos seus belos tons de cobre? :D Trata-se nada mais nada menos do que o #702 da KIKO, o Copper Red (mais uma vez lembro que os nomes dos vernizes da KIKO apenas estão disponíveis no site da marca).
Este é um verniz magnético, aplica-se sem problemas e a secagem e remoção são igualmente fáceis. Apesar de já não ser novidade, eu nunca contei a minha experiência com os vernizes magnéticos, por isso cá vai: apliquei a primeira camada de verniz, quando terminei as 10 unhas apliquei a segunda camada de verniz unha a unha, utilizando o íman listrado da KIKO para fazer o padrão entre cada pintura de unha (pois o padrão tem de ser feito com o verniz fresco). Agarrei no íman e coloquei-o por cima da unha, bem perto, mas sem lhe tocar! Assim ficou, durante cerca de 7 segundos, em casa unha. Deixei secar bem e apliquei topcoat.
Atenção porque o topcoat pode arrastar as partículas magnéticas do verniz e fazer o padrão desvanecer ou desaparecer! Uma passagem em 3 pinceladas e está óptimo ;)
O resultado? Não podia ser melhor :D

*Hello!
Apparently Spring is is out there wanting to show herself off :P But I'm aware it's still February and it's better not to start throwing a party 'cause probably we will be back to rain anytime soon. And not to mention this little cold that, despite the radiant sun, is felt. Sometimes it penetrates to the bones! Brrrrrrrrr :P
So, what about warming up the house with a very firey nail polish in shades of copper? :D I'm talking about nothing more or less than KIKO's #702 Copper Red (once again I must say that KIKO's nail polishes names are only available at the brand's website).
This is a magnetic nail polish, it applies with no problem and the drying time and removal are also easy-go. I know it's not news to anyone but I've never told you my experience with magnetic nail polishes so here goes: I applied the first layer of nail polish and when I was done with the 10 nails I applied the second layer one nail at a time, using KIKO's striped magnet to make the pattern between each nail painting ('cause the pattern has to be made with the nail polish still fresh). I grabbed the magnet and placed it above my nail, very very close but without touching it! It stood like that for about 7 seconds on each nail. I let it dry and applied topcoat.
Attention because the topcoat may drag the magnetic particules making the pattern fade away or disappear completely! Apply the topcoat in 3 brush strokes and it's fine ;)
The result? Couldn't be better :D

Ora ora, passando a assuntos mais interessantes. Lembram-se da Laura Rodrigues que também adora a Lush e que uma vez fez um "Lush inspired look" em parceria comigo? Pois é, decidimos juntar ideias outra vez e criámos mais um look, tendo como inspiração mais um produto Lush. Desta vez o produto escolhido foi a balística Dragon's Egg.
Mais uma vez a Laura focou-se nos olhos e eu nas unhas.
E o resultado? Acho que ficou fabuloso! :D

We try to hang on here... and with success! :D
So, on to more interesting matters. Remember Laura Rodrigues who also loves Lush and who made a Lush inspired look with me once? It so happens that we decided to gather ideas again and create another look, having as inspiration another Lush product. This time the chosen product was Dragon's Egg bath bomb.
Once again Laura focused on the eyes and I was focused on the nails.
The result? I think it came out fabulous! :D

Ausência prolongada *Long absence

Boa noite!
Peço imensa desculpa por andar ausente, mas as traduções são mais do que muitas e quando venho ao computador é quase sempre só para as fazer. São imensas mesmo e os prazos muito apertados! :/
Nada que não se faça, mas requer muita da minha atenção.

I am very sorry for being so absent lately, but the translations have been more than a lot and so when I come to the computer it is almost always just to work on them. They are really quite a lot and the deadlines are really tight! :/ It's not that it's difficult, it's just that it requires a lot of my attention.
As such, I came here to show you, in a flash post, photos of two different nail polishes by Essence Colour&Go Nude Glam line: Toffee to Go and Hazelnut CreamPie.
They are both excellent nail polishes, on application, drying time and removal. No problems! :D
