Eu e a minha irmã resolvemos juntar trocos e encomendar algumas coisitas na loja online Lush.
Esta compra já foi feita em Maio mas ainda assim quero mostrar-vos as doçuras que comprámos. Até porque algumas já não encontramos, na altura já estavam em Retro e agora já nem existem.
De mencionar ainda que o atendimento/serviço online da Lush é de louvar!

Me and my sister decided to gather a few quid and order some stuff from Lush online store.
This haul was made in May but still I wanted to show you the delicious things we bought. Even because some of the products can't be found anymore, they were on Retro section and now they don't even exist anymore.
Oh, and I must mention that the Portuguese Lush online service is great!

Sabonete Banana Moon (Retro) - os ingredientes principais são as bananas frescas e iogurte. Indicado principalmente para peles secas. Cheira a banana acabada de esmigalhar.

*Banana Moon soap (Retro) - its main ingredients are fresh bananas and yogurt. Its mainly indicated to dry skin. It smells just like freshly chopped bananas.

Sabonete Milky Bar (Retro) - o ingrediente principal deste sabonete é o leite de soja. É especialmente indicado para peles sensíveis e com tendência a vermelhidões. Cheira a leite doce.

*Milky Bar soap (Retro) - the main ingredient of this soap is the soya milk. It is specially indicated to sensitive and blemished skin. It smells like sugared milk. 

Sabonete Rock Star - tem a baunilha como ingrediente principal mas também tem óleos de colza e de côco. Muito cremoso e hidratante. Cheira a doces.

*Rock Star soap - it has vanilla as main ingredient but it also has rapeseed and coconut oils. It is very creamy and moisturising. It smells like sweets.

Sabonete Porridge (o meu preferido de todos os sabonetes!) - ingredientes principais são a aveia, sumo de laranja orgânico e óleo de laranja doce selvagem. É super cremoso e exfoliante. Cheira a melaço ou chocolate.

*Porridge soap (my favourite of all soaps!) - the main ingredients are oat, organic orange juice and sweet wild orange oil. It's super creamy and exfoliating. It smells like molasses or chocolate.

Espuma de banho Amandopondo - sendo os seus ingredientes principais os óleos de rosa, limão e laranja doce. Cheirinho cítrico e adocicado, muito suave.
*Amandopondo bubble bar - its main ingredients are rose, lemon and sweet orange oils. It has a sweet citric scent, very soft.

Espuma de banho Marzibain (Retro) - o ingrediente principal é a amêndoa. Esta espuma de banho cheira mesmo a massa de amêndoa (maçapão) mas algo suave.
*Marzibain bubble bar (Retro) - its main ingredient is almonds. This bubble bar smells exactly like marzipan but softer.

Espuma de banho Blue Skies and Fluffy White Clouds (ufa!....) - os seus ingredientes principais são o patchouli, incenso e canela (que não tenho a certeza de ter sido a mistura mais feliz). Na minha opinião, cheira a mofo :/ mas deve haver quem goste, de certeza! :)
*Blue Skies and Fluffy White Clouds (ufff!...) bubble bar - its main ingredients are the patchouli, frankincense and cinnamon (which I'm not sure it was a happy combo). In my opinion it smells like mold :/ but I'm sure there is someone out there who loves this! :)

Espuma de banho Creamy Candy - ingrediente principal é a baunilha mas tem ainda óleo de amêndoa e manteiga de cacau. Cheiro parecido ao sabonete Rock Star mas na minha opinião é mais doce ainda, lembra marshmallows :)
*Creamy Candy bubble bar - the main ingredient for this is vanilla but it also has almond oil and cocoa butter. The scent is similar to Rock Star soap but, in my opinion, this is sweeter, it reminds me of marshmallows :)

Balística Fox in the Flowers (Retro) - É uma balística cheia das mais diferentes flores e ervinhas mas o seu ingrediente principal é o absoluto de urtiga. Cheira a relva fresca.
*Fox in the Flowers bath bomb (Retro) - It's a bath bomb packed with all different kinds of flowers and grass but its main ingredient is the nettle absolute. It smells like fresh grass.

Balística Geophyzz - os seus ingredientes principais são o sal grosso marinho, sal marinho havaiano, sândalo, cipreste e pinho. Esta balística tem um cheiro marítimo muito suave e tem lugar cativo cá em casa, é óptima para as dores nos pés (confesso que nunca a usei para o corpo).
*Geophyzz bath bomb - its main ingredients are coarse sea salt, hawaiian sea salt, sandalwood, cypress and pine. This ballistic has a soft maritime scent and there is always room for it in the house, it's great for feet pain (I confess I have never used it for the whole body though). 

Manteiga de banho MMM Melting Marshmallow Moment - o seu ingrediente principal é o pó da planta marshmallow mas ainda tem camomila, almíscar, manteiga de cacau, óleo de amêndoa e malmequer. Esta mistura teve um resultado ultra harmonioso e doce. Produz um banho cremoso.
*MMM Melting Marshmallow Moment luxury bath melt - it's main ingredient is the marshmallow plant powder but it also has chamomile, musk, cocoa butter, almond oil and marigold. This mixture resulted ultra good and sweet. It produces a creamy bath.

Manteiga de banho DreamTime - os seus ingredientes principais são os óleos de jasmim, sândalo e lavanda mas tem ainda manteiga de cacau, óleo de camomila azul, óleo de amêndoa e óleo de gengibre. O cheirinho é super suave e algo inebriante. Tem um cheiro leitoso na minha opinião.
*DreamTime luxury bath melt - the main ingredients of this are jasmine, sandalwood and lavender oils but it also has cocoa butter, blue chamomile oil, almond oil and ginger oil. The scent is super soft and somewhat dazzling. It has a milky scent in my opinion.

Máscara de limpeza Mask of Magnaminty - tem como ingredientes principais o óleo de hortelã-pimenta, feijões azuki, barro da China, gel de bentonite e sementes de prímula. É uma máscara ligeiramente exfoliante com cheirinho leve a menta. Talvez não seja tão boa para peles secas (eu uso-a apenas na zona T (testa, nariz e queixo)) e algumas pessoas podem achar a sua frescura algo avassaladora. É uma verdadeira lufada de ar fresco para quem precisa de descansar a cara. Esta máscara tem um prazo de validade relativamente curto, 4 ou 5 meses.
*Mask of Magnaminty cleansing mask - its main ingredients are the peppermint oil, azuki beans, China clay, bentonite gel and evening primrose. It is lightly exfolianting and it smells softly like mint. It may not be so good for dry skin (I only use it on my T zone (forehead, nose and chin)) and some people may think its freshness a bit overwhelming. It is a true "breath of fresh air" for those who need to give their faces a rest. This mask has a relatively short expire date of about 4 or 5 months.

Máscara fresca Oatifix - os ingredientes principais que compõem esta jóia são as bananas, a aveia, amêndoas moídas e baunilha. Óptima para peles secas, sensíveis e com vermelhidões. É um exfoliante muito suave e cheira a papas de aveia. Tem um prazo de validade muito curto de cerca de 1 ou 2 meses e deve ser mantida no frigorífico.
*Oatifix fresh mask - the main ingredients of this beauty are fresh bananas, oat, ground almonds and vanilla. It's great for dry, sensitive and blemished skin. It is a very soft scrub and it smells like oatmeal breakfast. Its expire date is very short, about 1 month or 2 and it must be kept in the refrigerator.

Hidratante de olhos Enchanted Eye Cream (amostra) - loção hidratante para o contorno dos olhos com água-mel de lavanda e óleo de amêndoas prensado a frio e orgânico. Cheirinho suave quase imperceptível. Atenua os papos nos olhos e estica suavemente a pele. Não posso confirmar isto porque não tenho papos nem rugas de grande vinco. Tenho sim olheiras mas contra esse mal este mágico não faz magia :P
*Enchanted Eye Cream eye moisturizer (sample) - moisturiser lotion for around the eyes. It has lavender honey water and organic cold pressed almond oil. It has a very very soft scent, almost unnoticeable. It reduces the eye puffyness and lightly stretches the skin. I can't confirm this because I don't have puffy eyes neither deep wrinkles. I do have dark rings under my eyes but against that neither this magician plays its magic :P

Hidratante facial Skin Drink (amostra) - tem como ingredientes principais os óleos de amêndoa, sésamo, prímula, rosa, abacate e aloé vera. Super hidratante para peles secas e/ou ressequidas. Cheira levemente a amendoins (na minha opinião). Nada aconselhado para peles mistas (a não ser que usem dois hidratantes diferentes e saibam onde usar este) e muito menos oleosas!
*Skin Drink facial moisturiser (sample) - it has as main ingredients the almond, sesame, primrose, rose, avocado and aloe vera oils. It's super misturizing for dry skin. It smells softly like peanuts (in my opinion). I don't recommend this for combination skin (unless you use two different moisturisers and you know where to use this one) and specially not for oily skin!

Hidratante facial Celestial (amostra) - tem como ingredientes principais o óleo de baunilha, a orquídea e o leite de amêndoa. É um hidratante sem cheiro que pode ser controverso. Tanto pode irritar a pele mais sensível (devido a alguns dos seus componentes) como pode acalmar a pele com tendência a reacções e vermelhidões (devido também aos seus componentes!). A minha cara confirmou a primeira hipótese. Mas o que não resulta comigo (que tenho uma pele com vontade própria) pode resultar com vocês ;)

*Celestial facial moisturiser (sample) - it has as main ingredients the vanilla oil, orchid and almond milk. It is a moisturiser without scent that can be controversial. It can irritate the most sensitive skin (due to some components) but it can also calm down the most red and reactive skin (due to its components too!). My face confirmed the first choice. But what doesn't work for me (I have a skin with will of its own) can work for you ;)

Recriei mais uma balística Lush nas minhas unhas, desta vez foi a balística de Natal Rocketeer (que ultimamente não tenho visto à venda mas que parece que ficou para o ano inteiro e não só para o Natal). Tenho ali uma por usar e estou ansiosa! :D
Enquanto não a uso, divirto-me a fazê-la nas minhas unhas. Foi uma das mais divertidas que já fiz ^__^ e pensei que ía ficar mal mas acabou por sair relativamente bem. Espero que gostem!

I recreated another ballistic by Lush on my nails, this time was the X-mas bath bomb Rocketeer (which lately I haven't seen for sale but apparently it is out there for the whole year and not just Christmas). I have one to try out and I am anxious! :D
In the meanwhile, while I don't give it a try, I have fun doing it as a manicure on my nails. It was one of the funniest I've made ^__^ and I thought it was going to come out really crappy but it actually ended up really neat. I hope you like it!

Catrice #240 Sold Out For Ever ???

Boa tarde.
Hoje venho apenas mostrar uma daquelas situações meio caricatas em que não sabemos bem o que passa ou o que passou pela cabecita das marcas de vernizes. Neste caso falo da Catrice.
A Catrice tem um (ou dois) verniz lindo que é o #240 Sold Out For Ever. Decidi comprá-lo. É um "must have" da Catrice. Mas olhava eu para o expositor e via algo muito pálido ali desenquadrado, um #540 Am I Blue or Green? fora do sítio... bem, em vez de pô-lo no sítio certo decidi trazê-lo... mas que raio?? Não era um Am I Blue or Green?, era um Sold Out For Ever! Mas o que é que se passa aqui??? Acontece que a Catrice tem duas versões diferentes do #240 Sold Out For Ever, uma (e suponho que a primeira) é uma base verde clara com shimmer verde alface e a outra é um verde menta esbranquiçado com shimmer perolado. Podia ser mais diferente? Podia, mas só assim já está a confundir as ideias que chegue. E parece que a Catrice tem esta mania estranha de lançar duas cores diferentes ou adulteradas com o mesmo nome (acho que outra das vítimas foi o Run Forest Run!).
Existem pessoas que desconhecem a existência de dois bébés destes e, provavelmente, cada uma dessas pessoas pensa que o que tem é o original (atenção, também há quem tenha as duas versões, claro). É-me impossível afirmar com certeza qual deles é a primeira versão, mas a verdade é que são os dois lindos e aguardem uma futura comparação entre a versão mais menta esbranquiçada do Sold Out For Ever com o Am I Blue or Green?.
Entretanto aqui ficam fotos de comparação entre os gémeos de nome.

Today I just want to show you one of those curious/bizarre situations where we can't really find out what happened to nail polishes brand's thougts. And I am talking about Catrice.
Catrice has one (or two) beautiful "must have" nail polish which is #240 Sold Out For Ever. I decided to buy it. But as I was looking to the stand I was noticing something very pale out of place... ok... a #540 Am I Blue or Green? as misplaced... I didn't have that one so instead of putting it back where it belonged I decided to bring it with me too but... what the heck? that's not a Am I Blue or Green?, it's a Sold Out For Ever! What the hell is going on here??? So it happens that Catrice released two different versions of the same nail polish (apparently Catrice likes to do this, #340 Run Forest Run! is also a known victim), one is a light green base with lettuce vivid green shimmer and the other one is a minty white green base with pearl shimmer. Different enough, right?
I believe there are people who don't even know about this! Probably owning one of them thinking it's the only and original one. It's impossible for me to say which one came out first (but I do believe it was the darker one) but, gladly, they are both beautiful. Oh, and await for a comparison between the minty Sold Out For Ever and Am I Blue or Green?, it only makes sense to do this comparison! ;)

Lush saga manicure

A minha mais recente manicure inspirada num produto da Lush não conseguiu esperar mais (sim, elas têm vontade própria, as minhas manicures...e os vernizes costumam falar comigo muitas vezes... ok.. eu não sou nem estou doidinha ^__^) e quer mostrar-se perante vós, lindas pessoas! :D
Apresento-vos a Vanilla Fountain, balística, nas minhas unhas. Uma coisa a apontar: da próxima vez não as faço tão redondinhas :P A Vanilla Fountain não é assim tão curvilínea XD Mas é maravilhosa na mesma!

My most recent manicure inspired by a Lush product couldn't wait any longer (yes, my manicures have a will of their own... and the nail polishes usually talk to me.. ok, I'm not bonkers ^__^) and she wants to show herself to you, beautiful people! :D
I present you Vanilla Fountain, bath bomb, on my nails. One thing to point out though: next time I will not make them as round as this time :P Vanilla Fountain isn't that curvy XD But it is amazing anyway!

Essence Colour&Go #43 Where is the party?

Boa noite!
Já tenho este verniz há tanto tempo para vos mostrar! A primeira vez que o usei no entanto deixou-me más memórias (foi quando tive o meu terceiro ataque de pânico) e tive de tirar novas fotografias pois as outras não foram boas para recordar. Infelizmente este verniz ficou com uma conotação negativa na minha memória mas não é por isso que gosto menos dele. É ele o Essence Colour&Go #43 Where is the party?, um verniz multi-cromático fantástico! Uma base acinzentada que reflecte roxos, azuis, prateados e verdes. O que pode ser mais encantador do que isto?
A aplicação é óptima, fica opaco em duas camadas e seca dentro do tempo normal. A remoção também não dá trabalho e as marcas de pinceladas não são algo para nos preocuparmos ;)
Aqui vos deixo fotografias deste fofinho nas minhas unhas, duas camadas e sem topcoat. E com amostras dos efeitos com gotinhas de água ;) Espero que gostem!

I have this nail polish for so long now to show you! I have some bad memories from the first time I used it though (it was when I had my third panic attack) so I had to take other photos because the first ones weren't good to remember. Unfortunatelly this nail polish has a negative connotation in my memory but that doesn't make me love it less. I'm talking about Essence Colour&Go #43 Where is the party?, a fantastic multi-chromatic nail polish! A greyish base that reflects purples, blues, silvers and greens. What could possibly be more charming than this?
The application is great, it's opaque in two coats and it takes the average time to dry. The removal happens with no problems and the brush strokes are nothing to worry about ;)
