De mim para mim *From me to me

Então, fiquei de revelar a prenda de aniversário que ofereci a mim própria e foi, nada mais, nada menos do que, um curso de unhas de gel! E estou a adorar!  Já vou na 5.ª aula (para completar o curso são 10). No primeiro dia era suposto observar apenas mas a professora achou que eu devia começar logo e então já fiz 2 aplicações de gel nas unhas (uma com tips normais e outra com tips de silicone) e fiz uma manutenção. Já servi de modelo para uma colega e já pratiquei nail art :D I feel happy!
P.S.: Só tenho pena do gel ser tão mais limitado do que o verniz :P continuo a preferir fazer manicuras em verniz ^__^

*So I’m supposed to reveal what I offered to myself as birthday present and it was, nothing more or less than, a gel nails course! And I’m loving it! I am already on my 5th lesson (we need 10 to complete the whole course). On the first lesson I was supposed to just observe but the teacher thought I should begin right away and so I already did 2 applications of gels on nails (with normal tips and silicon tips) and I already did a maintenance. I was also a model for a class mate and I practiced nail art :D I feel happy!
P.S.: I’m just so sad that the gel is so much limited than the nail polish :P I still prefer to do manis with nail polish ^__^

Manicure de Natal #2 *Christmas Manicure #2

Quando fiz a minha árvore de Natal surgiu-me a inspiração para a minha segunda manicure de Natal :) Um verniz verde escuro (Easy Paris #530), um branco para usar como base nas bolinhas (Wynie), um rosa (Risqué Rosa Pitanga), um roxo (Ivsty #394) e um prata (Claire's) e mais dois glitters, um prata (Wynie #73) e outro dourado (Marilyn's #7) foram o suficiente para criar uma pseudo-réplica da minha árvore de Natal nas unhas!
Vejam como ficou parecido!!!  ^___^

*When I made my Christmas tree I had this inspiration for my second Christmas manicure :) A dark green nail polish (Easy Paris #530), a white one as base of the dots (Wynie), a pink (Risqué Rosa Pitanga), a purple (Ivsty #394) and a silver one (Claire's) and two more glitters, a silver one (Wynie #73) and a golden (Marilyn's #7) were enough to create a pseudo-replic of my Christmas tree on my nails!

Um presente de anos muito especial! *A very special birthday present!

A adorável Niki soube do meu aniversário e mandou-me também um presente muito especial! Pequenas e adoráveis coisinhas vindas directamente do Japão!!! O meu amor pelo Japão é um completo segredo e então, como é óbvio, toda a gente tem conhecimento disso!!! :P Adoro tudo o que ela me mandou e agradeço-lhe do fundo do coração pois jamais pensei que me iria enviar um presente de aniversário! ;) Aqui fica o que ela me ofereceu!

*Lovely Niki knew about my birthday and sent me a very special present! Adorable little things directly from Japan!!! My love for Japan is a complete secret so, obviously, everyone knows about it!!! :P I love everything she sent me and I truly thank her from my heart 'cause I never thought she would send me a birthday present! ;) Here it is what she offered me!

Essence Colour & Go #31 Hypnotic Poison

Como é óbvio já estreei alguns nos novos vernizes. Pintei as unhas da minha irmã com o #31 Hypnotic Poison da Essence Colour & Go. É um lindo e forte "roxuvinho" (roxo+uva+vinho) -__- com um shimmer dourado muito subtil ^___^ genial!

*Obviously I already tried some of my new nail polishes. I painted my sister's nails with Essence Colour & Go #31 Hypnotic Poison. It's a beautiful and deep "winegrapurple" (wine+grape+purple) -__- with a very sutil golden shimmer ^___^ genius!

Presentes de Aniversário!!! *Birthday Presents!!!

Apesar de ter dito que ía fazer manicures de Natal até ao Natal, esqueci-me do facto de fazer anos a meio -___- entretanto, como recebi alguns vernizes como presente, vou aproveitar para não deixar de fazer as manicures de Natal com eles :) e então deixo aqui fotos dos presentinhos que recebi ^__^

*I know I've said I would do Christmas manicures until Christmas day but I actually forgot that my birthday is somewhere in the middle of that -___- so, since I received some nail polishes as presents, I'll take it as a chance to use them on my Christmas manicures and like that continue my work as I said :) I leave here the pictures of the little presents I received ^__^

A minha vizinha do lado de sempre e para sempre (practicamente a minha segunda mãe :P) ofereceu-me uma toalha de cozinha e um paninho também de cozinha rebordos foram feitos por ela!
*My next door naighbour since forever and for ever (practically like a second mother :P) offered me a kitchen towel and also a kitchen cloth. The outside borders were made by her!

A filha da minha vizinha do lado (basicamente como uma segunda irmã) ofereceu-me este gloss de lábios fofinho em forma de cupcake pois a minha pequena tara por cupcakes é obviamente conhecida por todos os que me rodeiam :P cheira muito bem o glossinho :D
*The daughter of my next door neighbour (basically like a second sister) offered me this cute lip gloss in shape of a cupcake because my little obsession over cupcakes is pretty known among those around me :P it smells very good the little gloss :D

A minha querida mãe ofereceu-me estes chinelinhos quentinhos para eu andar cá por casa neste Inverno rigoroso! Coisa que não dispenso por nada no Inverno :D já faziam falta! O meu querido pai ofereceu-me algum dinheiro ^__^ também deu o seu jeito!
*My dear mother offered me these warm slippers to walk around the house during this hard Winter! It's something I can't go without during Winter :D I missed these! My dear father offered me some money ^__^ it's also very suitable for some stuff!

Eu também ofereci algo a mim própria mas revelo-o lá mais para a frente ;)

Saga Manicure de Natal * Christmas Manicure Saga

Como adoro o Natal com todas as forças que tenho decidi fazer manicures de Natal até ao Dia de Natal. A primeira manicure que me saiu foi esta, um fundo branquinho de neve com as bagas e folhas do azevinho tradicional da época! Usei um verniz branco (Wynie #60) como base, um verniz vermelho (Risqué Maçã do Amor) para as bagas de azevinho e um verniz verde escuro (Easy Paris #530) para as folhas. Cobri com um glitter arco-íris (Thinker #70) e depois topcoat. Tenho pena que não se ver muito os reflexos do glitter, mas a mensagem principal está visível! :D

*I love Christmas time with all my strenght and so I decided to make Christmas manicures until Christmas Day. The first manicure that came out was this one, a snow white background with holly berries and lieves so traditional during this season! So I used a white nail polish (Wynie #60) as base colour, a red nail polish (Risqué Maçã do Amor) for the berries and a dark green nail polish (Easy Paris #530) for the lieves. I covered it all with a rainbow glitter (Thinker #70) and finished with a topcoat. It's a shame the pictures doesn't show the rainbow effect of the glitter but the main message is pretty visible! :D

"Starry eyed" ou unhas.... *"Starry eyed" or nails...

Esta foi uma manicure simplória que me ocorreu enquanto ouvia a música "Starry Eyed" de Ellie Goulding!
Usei um verniz dourado da Claire's como base (uma camada) e os motivos fiz com o verniz da Risqué Maçã do Amor e usei também um verniz preto da Wynie para os pontinhos dentro das bolas vermelhas no dedo médio. Ficou simples mas bonita, tal como a música :)

*This was a simple manicure that came to my mind while I was listening to the song "Starry Eyed" by Ellie Goulding! I used a golden nail polish by Claire's as base (one coat) and the designs I made with Risqué's nail polish Maçã do Amor (Love Apple) and I also used a black polish by Wynie to make the little dots inside the bigger red ones on my middle finger nail. It came out simple but pretty, just like the song :)
