Uma manicure de Verão *A Summer manicure

Como o Outono ainda é recente, aqui vai uma manicure para lembrar o Verão já em desaparecimento.
Um verniz base amarelo com 3 riscas laranjas horizontais para contrastar nos mesmos tons. Um glitter por cima e tá feito! Fresquinha!

*As the Autumn is still arriving, here goes a manicure resembling the fading Summer. A base yellow with 3 horizontal orange stripes just to contrast within the same tones. A glitter on top and you're good to go! Freshy!

Carimbo para as unhas... a ilusão ansiada e a desilusão esperada *Nail stamps... the awaited illusion and the expected dillusion

Comprei um carimbo para as unhas enquanto estava a trabalhar... não cabia em mim de contente quando soube que tinha baixado 2€ no preço (pouco mas substancial para a minha carteira...) e corri logo a comprá-lo. Comprei o que equivale ao M35 (por alguma razão aqui é o B20 (?)) porque adoro a fadinha e as flores e a verdade é que era tal e qual aquilo que esperava... sucesso fácil e aborrecido, isto, obviamente, se conseguir um carimbo de jeito! Não sei se o problema é do raspador (tudo aponta para isso) ou do prato a verdade é que não consigo fazer um carimbo certo à primeira! Mas ya, é isso... é uma coisinha sem sal por isso prefiro ser eu própria a temperar as minhas unhas :D aqui ficam algumas manicures onde usei os carimbos... nalgumas pode comprovar-se os esperados fails -_-

*I bought a nail stamp plate while I was working... I couldn't be more happy when I knew they lowered the price on 2€ (not much but still essential to my pocket...) and so I ran to buy one. I bought the one that equals the M35 (for unknown reasons it's B20 here (?)) because I just love the cute little fairy and all the flowers and the truth is those plates are exactly what I was expecting... easy and boring success, this, of course, when I get a successful stamp! I don't know where the problem is (everything points to the scrapper) the fact is I can't get a perfect stamp at first, second or whatever time it takes! But yeah, that's it... a thing with no flavour and that's why I still prefer to spice up my nails by my own hand :D here are some pics of some manis where I used the stamp... you can clearly see some of the mentioned fails -_-

Agora tenho tempo outra vez para editar posts regularmente por isso aqui deixo uma manicure que fiz durante a altura em que estiva a trabalhar. Não tinha tempo para vir escrever mas tinha para "manicurizar" a malta :P

*So now that I have time again to post regularly I leave this manicure I've made during the days I was working. I didn't have the time to come and post but I still had time to "manicurize" people :P

MDD *NOTD 3...

O meu trabalho e o verniz não se dão nada bem! O meu corpo e o meu trabalho também não se dão muito bem, mas se quero dinheirinhos tem de ser! De qualquer modo, podia ser pior... acho eu ?__? De qualquer modo, tou cansada do trabalho e não suporto fazer uma manicure em mim sabendo que vai estragar-se tão depressa. Mas faço sempre à minha irmã ou mãe :P Então para mim, são os vernizes apenas. Este é o andreia #5. Um azul fluor, lindo e fofinho! As florinhas coloquei-as na noite antes de ir trabalhar, na manhã seguinte (as duas primeiras fotos) tirei-as porque iriam simplesmente "empatar".

*My work and nail polish don't combine! My body and my work also don't combine but if I want some moneys I have to keep on! Anyways it could be worse... I think ?__? So, I'm tired from my work and I can't stand the idea of making a mani just to ruin it the next day. But I still make them on my sister or mother :P So for me it's just the plain polishes. This one is andreia #5. A blue fluor, beautiful and cute! I applied the little flowers the night before I went to work, the next morning (the two first pics) I took them off 'cause they would just "annoy" me during work.

Comprei este verniz da andreia porque fiquei algo encantada com as cores lamacentas :P como não há dinheiro para o Chanel Particulière nem há os equivalentes noutras marcas internacionais, fiz-me a este que estava barato, andreia 79 (os vernizes andreia estão em promoção nalgumas lojas, estão a 1.90€ cada um!). Adoro! ^__^ Duas camadas, sem top coat. Cada dia que passa consigo lidar melhor com os pincéis demasiado finos desta marca, e com o facto de serem muito líquidos.

I bought this andreia nail polish 'cause I'm kinda charmed with muddy colours :P as I don't have money for Chanel's Particulière and as there are not other international similars here, I bought this one that was cheap, andreia 79 (andreia nail polishes are in sales in some stores, 1.90€ each!) I love it! ^__^ Two coats and no top coat. Each day I get more used to this brand's thin brushes and runnyness.

Senti-me muito inspirada e artística e decidi fazer esta manicure que eu considero fofinha ^__^ Nuvens brancas num céu rosa com intromissões de uns cones de algodão doce brilhante!

A manicure que fiz à minha irmã hoje *The mani I made to my sister today

Queria fazer uma coisa elegante e discreta e assim saiu. Mais uma vez inspirei-me num post do blog da Lumin0us. A minha irmã não está habituada a ter tantas pedrinhas brilhantes numa só unha... vamos ver como corre :P usei o branco da Wynie (nº. 60) na francesa, o n.º 64 de andreia como base e o nº. 73 de pincel fino da Wynie para a linha de glitter prateado. Também pedrinhas prateadas e douradas.

*I wanted to make something elegant and discreet and this is what came out. Once again I took my inspirations from a post on Lumin0us' blog. My sister isn't used to wear so many rhinestones in one nail so lets see how it works for her :P I used the white nail polish from Wynie (no. 60) for the french, andreia's no. 64 as base colour and no. 73 from Wynie's thin brush bottle for the silver glitter lining. Also used silver and gold rhinestones.

MDD+tentativa de remover cutículas *NOTD+cuticles remove attempt

Boa tarde! Então ontem à noite senti-me inspirada para remover cutículas. Não gosto de o fazer porque nunca achei piada, mas há certos dias em que apetece mesmo arrancá-las nem que seja à dentada! Tentei removê-las ontem (não à dentada) seguindo vários tutoriais de modo a não fazer nenhuma asneira, pois não preciso de mais problemas na pele actualmente! Não sei se ficaram bem ou mal, mas a verdade é que depois de as arranjar deu-me uma enorme vontade de pintar as unhas de vermelho vivo e fazer uma simples manicure (com florinhas que idealizei através do blog da Luminous). E assim fiz, agarrei no meu verniz da IVSTY n.º 302 para cor base e depois fiz umas pequenas flores nos dedos anelar e polegar com o verniz preto da Wynie (n.º 07) "amarradas" com pontinhos pretos também do mesmo verniz e com uma pedrinha brilhante azul escuro no meio. Para algo simples para o dia a dia, ficou bem fixe, acho eu :P

*Good afternoon! So yesterday night I felt very inspired to remove my cuticles. I don't really like to do it because I think it's really boring but sometimes I really want to just remove them by bitting them off! >:( Anyways, I tried to remove them yesterday (not by bitting the heck out of them) watching several tutorials so I wouldn't make any mistake 'cause actually I don't really need any more skin problems right now! Well, I don't know if I did it right or not but after it was done I had this urge to paint my nails with a vibrant red and make a simple mani (with little flowers I idealized from Luminous blog). So I grabbed my IVSTY nail polish (no. 302) as base colour and then I drew little flowers on my ring fingers and thumbs with my Wynie black nail polish (no. 07) connected with little dots with the same black colour and with a dark blue rhinestone in the middle of each flower. I think it came out really pretty for a simple everyday mani :P
